Full tear-off to the deck (we don’t bury old roofs), deck repair where needed, synthetic or felt underlayment, architectural/dimensional shingles in the color range your home deserves, new pipe boots and vents, and corrected attic ventilation. The result is a roof that looks sharp from the street and performs in the attic — where shingle life is actually decided.
