Read Our Proposals Before You Ever Call Us.
A roofing proposal tells you everything about a roofer: what’s included, what’s excluded, how surprises are priced, and whether the number on the last page is the number you’ll actually pay. Here are real Mars Roofers estimates so you can judge ours before we’re standing on your roof.

What To Look For In Any Roofing Estimate — Ours Included
Scope in plain language
What is being removed, what is being installed, and what is being left alone — named specifically, not “roof work as needed.”
Materials named
Underlayment type, finish material, flashing scope. If a proposal doesn’t name the materials, the materials will be chosen for you later — by price.
Deck terms in writing
How damaged decking is priced if it’s found during tear-off. This is the line where honest roofers and the other kind part ways.
Combined pricing
Our estimates use combined labor-and-material pricing — one real number per scope item. (Our internal costs stay internal; your total is never a mystery.)
Exclusions stated, not buried
What’s NOT included is listed openly, so the total you compare is the total you’ll pay.
License credentials attached
Every Mars formal estimate carries our license, certification, and insurance pages — CSLB #1138550, NRCIA, SB-PW / SB(Micro).
How Our Estimates Are Numbered
Mars proposals follow our standard format — numbered, dated, and tied to the property address — with a summary up front, findings and photos, the phased scope, grouped line items, allowances and exclusions in the open, and schedule, payment, and warranty terms before the signature line. When you get one, this page is your decoder ring.
